No, our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel. Which means it will never rust, tarnish or turn your skin green.

Delivery / tracking info

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been dispatched and archived. Typically, this process takes between 24 to 48 hours after placing your order.

So don't worry if you did not immediately get a code, you will still get it.

Sometimes our emails end up in spamfolders, so don't forget to check there too.

To track your order,

simply paste your order number and email or your Tracking Number in our 'Track Your Order' page.

If that doesn't work, please contact us at jewelry@haedes.com and we'll make sure to update you on your package.

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

All products are made ready to ship. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days of the order being placed.

Allow up to 7 working days for orders placed within Europe to be delivered and up to 20 working days for orders placed outside of Europe.

  • Domestic Shipping (The Netherlands): Typically arrives within 2-3 days.

  • Europe Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.

  • UK Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-9 business days.

  • North America, Australia, New Zealand: Typically arrives within 8-20 business days.

Please be aware that delivery times may be influenced by a variety of factors outside of our control. For example, if you place an order on a holiday or if your package gets held up at customs, it might take a bit longer to arrive than we originally estimated. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible.

We understand it can be frustrating when your package doesn't arrive on time. Delays in transit or customs processing can occasionally occur despite our best efforts and are unfortunately out of our control.

If the estimated delivery time has passed and your package hasn't arrived, please contact our customer support team at jewelry@haedes.com. We'll investigate promptly and work diligently to resolve the issue for you.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Sometimes, due to high order volumes, it may take a bit longer to dispatch and archive all the orders. However, rest assured that your order is being processed.

If it's been over 48 hours and you haven't received a tracking code, please understand that we are working diligently to fulfill orders. However, if you still haven't received your code, please reach out to our customer support team at jewelry@haedes.com.

We'll try to respond as fast as possible and get you your tracking code.

If the package has not arrived at the customer's address, even though the tracking information indicates delivery, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we will promptly contact the shipping company on your behalf. If the package cannot be recovered, we will send a new package to ensure you receive your order.
