It’s okay if you didn’t love everything, we appreciate you for giving us a shot 💌

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Items with visible wear or not in original condition may not be accepted

Once your return is approved, you’ll need to ship the item back to us. Buyers cover return shipping; we’ll cover the shipping back to you for any exchanges.

Size Exchange
Wrong fit? No problem, swap it for a different size easily.

Product Exchange (Different Item)
Changed your mind? We’ll issue store credit so you can choose something else.
If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining credit stays valid for 3 years.

Store Credit
Not sure what you want yet? That’s fine, store credit gives you time to decide.

Refunds
Want a refund instead? Email us at jewelry@haedes.com and we’ll sort it out.

 


Damaged or Defective Items 

If you receive something damaged, defective, or tarnished:

  1. Email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo

  2. We’ll review and assess it

  3. If approved, we’ll either:

    • Send you a replacement free of charge

    • Or issue a full refund

Note: This doesn’t apply to normal wear and tear or misuse.

 


Non-Delivery

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • We’ll contact the shipping carrier to investigate

  • If it can’t be recovered, we’ll send a free replacement right away
