At Haedes our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

All orders are shipped with PostNL. Every order once shipped and fulfilled comes with a tracking link to follow the package.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

#1 Processing time: Order verification, production, quality check and packaging. All orders are this process starts within 2 hours after the order is placed. All orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 48 hours.  

#2 Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your address. 

Allow up to 7 working days for orders placed within Europe to be delivered and up to 20 working days for orders placed outside of Europe.

Please be aware that delivery times may be influenced by a variety of factors outside of our control. For example, if you place an order on a holiday or if your package gets held up at customs, it might take a bit longer to arrive than we originally estimated. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible.

All international orders are subject to local customs fees and are your responsibility to pay. Please check your country's customs website for more information on how customs fees are accessed. We cannot change a package's value and are not responsible for any fees incurred. Packages returned due to failure to pay will be refunded minus a shipping and 15% handling fee.
