Returns & Exchanges

It's OK if you didn't love everything you ordered - we still appreciate you for considering us! 

Please note that as the buyer, you are responsible for getting the product back to us, and the shipping costs that come with it. We will cover the shipping costs on our end to get the replacement product back to you.

 

Returns Policy 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product:

  • Has visible wear or damage.
  • Is not in the original package, including boxes, sleeves and/or tags. 
  • Is a final sale item (this does not include the use of a discount code or site-wide sales)

There are very rare instances where you may have received a faulty or incorrectly barcoded product. Contact us directly if you have experienced this and would prefer a refund rather than exchange or credit. Contact us at jewelry@haedes.com.

Size Exchanges

Fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for a size up or down? An exchange is your best option. Contact us at jewelry@haedes.com

 

 Product Exchanges

Changed your mind and want to switch your item for a different product? Store credit is your best option. Contact us at  jewelry@haedes.com.

NOTE: If there is a price difference for your new order you will either have a remaining store credit balance if not used in full or will be charged the remaining amount.

Store Credit

This is perfect if you know you’ll buy something in the near future, but aren’t quite sure what you want right now. Online credits are valid for 3 years. Contact us at jewelry@haedes.com.

Refund

Defective, Damaged, or Tarnished Items

If you receive a jewelry piece that is defective, damaged, or tarnished, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can contact us via email at jewelry@haedes.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the defect or damage.

  2. Assessment: Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and assess the situation. We may ask for additional details if necessary to fully understand the issue.

  3. Resolution: If the item is deemed defective, damaged, or tarnished upon assessment, we will gladly offer you the following options:

    • Replacement: We will send you a replacement piece at no additional cost.
    • Refund: If you prefer, we can issue a full refund for the defective, damaged, or tarnished item.
General Conditions
  • This policy applies only to items that are defective, damaged, or tarnished upon receipt. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the jewelry.
  • All requests for replacements or refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Delivery Policy:

If the package has not arrived at the customer's address, even though the tracking information indicates delivery, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we will promptly contact the shipping company on your behalf. If the package cannot be recovered, we will send a new package to ensure you receive your order.
